free cooking recipes soto Betawi-west java

Ingredients:
300 grams of meat stumbled lamu

6 cloves garlic
2 cm ginger
1 teaspoon coriander powder

Complement:
2 tomatoes
2 leeks, finely sliced
4 tablespoons fried shallots
100 grams of chips, fried
2 pieces of lemon

How to make:
A. Boil the water and the meat until done. Cut into 2x2 cm. Strain the broth and boil the water again.
2. Insert the meat, tripe, and lung. Bring to a boil.
3. Heat the oil. Saute the spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, lemongrass, Iengkuas, lime leaves, and bay leaves until fragrant. Pour into stew meat. Bring to a boil again.
4. Enter the coconut milk, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until done.
5. Serve with a complement.
