recipes beef stew noodle soup

ingredients:
1 onion, sliced ??length
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
250 grams of beef has deep, thinly sliced
100 grams of edible mushroom, sliced ??thin
10 hard-boiled quail eggs
1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

2 tablespoons margarine for sauteing
Supplementary materials:
200 grams of egg noodles, cooked brewed

2 tablespoons fried shallots for sprinkling

How to make:
A. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Put the beef. Stir until the color changes.
2. Enter a mushroom. Stir well. Add quail eggs. Stir well.
3. Enter the soy sauce, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Pour the water. Boil and cook until meat is tender. Thicken with corn starch solution. Cook until meletupletup.
