Recipes - squid Roll

ingredients:
100 gr squid tiny size and raw
2 sheets of nori
enough vegetable oil for cookery
chili sauce for serving
Coating Materials squid:
400 g tofu, crushed
200 grams of meat snapper
5 lbr spinach leaves, cut and finely shredded
2 btr egg
2 cloves garlic, finely shredded
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 cm ginger, grated
How to make:
coatings:
fish puree in a very liquidiser till sleek
Mix with alternative coating materials
o'clock pm till sleek
Fill within the squid whereas compressed, set aside
squid:
Flatten remaining dough one cm thick coatings squid on plastic
Spread items of nori. Add squid skinny batter coating.
Put a pair of items of squid fill the center then roll
with wrap and canopy with a clean material.
steamed half-hour
after being cooked , fry till brown.
cut into items and serve with condiment.
