Recipes - Egg Rendang

ingredients:

8 eggs
5 pcs onion
2 pcs garlic
1/2 bone galangal
4 pcs red chillies
1/2 section turmeric
1 turmeric leaf LBR
ginger

How to cook:

Puree all ingredients except ginger and turmeric leaves
Put somewhat oil so saute till it smells sweet-smelling
Cook the coconut milk so enter the egg that has been cooked initial.
Crushed ginger and turmeric leaves and insert into the preparation
Cook till the oil out and somewhat dry.
Remove and serve.
