Indonesian recipes ciamis salad

ingredients:
250 grams of potatoes, steamed
2 pieces of cucumber, thinly sliced
5 pieces of cabbage, finely sliced
12 sheets of curly lettuce 2 boiled eggs
25 gram of fried chips

Fried tofu Ingredients:
300 grams of tofu
1: 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml of water

Sauce Ingredients:
250 grams of peanuts, fried
4 tablespoons dried shrimp, brewed, roasted
6 curly red chilies, braised
4 pieces of red chili sauce, braised
2 teaspoons salt
8 teaspoons of granulated sugar
400 ml of hot water
4 teaspoons vinegar

How to make:
A. Cut-up potatoes and curly lettuce. Set aside.
2. Fried tofu: tofu in the solution soak garlic, salt, and water. Fry until cooked. Lift and cut into pieces.
3. Sauce, peanut puree, curly red Cabal and Cabal red pepper. Add salt, sugar, and dried shrimp. Flat grind.
4. Pour hot water little by little, stirring rate. Add vinegar. Stir well.
5. Serve all ingredients with sauce.
