recipe tomato soup typical java

MATERIALS:
Water 600 ml
Large ripe red tomatoes 3 pieces, cut into 4 sections
Large onion 1/2 grain, sliced ??lengthwise
Bay leaves 1 sheet
1 tablespoon margarine
salt to taste
Cake flour 15 grams
Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Heavy cream / milk 25 ml liquid

HOW TO MAKE:
A. Boil water with tomatoes, onions, bay leaves, and salt. Simmer over low heat for ± 25 minutes. Lift and strain.
2. Melt margarine, put the flour.
Pour tomatoes boiled water little by little while stirring until thick. Stir until thick, pour back little by little until the water runs out. Cook until boiling and cooked.
3. Add chopped piterseli, pepper and heavy cream and stir well. Lift.
4. Serve with toasted bread.
