Indonesia recipes rice krawu

material:
600 g of hot white rice
osik meat and chili paste to taste
banana leaves and sticks to taste

krawu:
100 g of coconut. grated lengthwise
1 clove garlic, mashed.
2 red onions, mashed.
1/4 tsp coriander seeds, roasted, mashed
1 small red pepper, crushed
salt, tamarind juice, and sugar to taste

How to make:
A. pincuk made ??from banana leaves, pinned stick.
2. put the hot rice in pincuk, give osik meat and chili paste, then sprinkle kerawu.
3. kerawu: Mix coconut and spices and other ingredients and stir well. toast until golden brown dam is not too dry.
