recipes noodle shake cirebon typical

MATERIALS:
Brisket meat / 350 grams tetelan
1.5 liter of water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 cm ginger, peeled and crushed

4 teaspoons rice flour, dissolved in 100 ml of water
Sugar to taste
150 grams of wet noodles
Col / 100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
2 stalks scallions, thinly sliced
Fried onions to taste
Boiled sauce to taste

Spices:
Red onion 6 eggs
5 garlic slung

HOW TO MAKE:
A. Boil the water and the meat over medium heat until tender. Lift the meat and diced. Enter in a saucepan, boil again.

3. Add ginger, galangal and sugar and stir well.
4. Pour the solution while stirring the rice flour. Bring to a boil.
