Recipes Beef Ribs Soup

ingredients:
750 grams of beef ribs
2 carrots cut into thick
4 little potatoes, diced
3 leeks, chopped

Seasonings I:
3 cm ginger, dikeprek
3 cm cinnamon
2 items of deaf
4 item cardamom
2 blocks of stock things
1/4 nutmeg, dikeprek
salt to style

Seasonings II:
8 items of garlic
5 items of red onion

How to Make:
A. Boil ribs on medium heat for regarding a pair of hours for tender
2. I enter into a stew spice ribs, and simmer for one more 60-90 minutes till meat is tender
3. Puree II seasoning, then stir-fry till fragrant. Add the carrots and potatoes into stir till wilted.
4. Add the carrots and potatoes into the boiling ribs, and cook back a minimum of 10-15 minutes.
