Chocolate Honey Mousse

Chocolate Honey Mousse
Presented For: four individuals

Ingredients:

200 grams of milk cooking chocolate, melted
200 cc whipping cream
150 cc of liquid milk
3 egg yolks
100 grams sugar
1 egg white
60 grams of gelatin, dissolved in hot water
80 cc of hot water, to dissolve the gelatinous
100 cc of honey

How to Treat:


1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add milk, cook over medium heat, stirring all the whereas. Simmer, close up the warmth.
2. Enter the gelatin has dissolved with hot water, soften chocolate, honey and whipping cream. Stir well.
3. Beat the egg whites till stiff. Pour the batter into the honey, whereas stirring till all ingredients are well blended.
4. Pour into glasses of mousse. Enter hinga rigid freezer till able to serve.
